However, according to Sections 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), service providers are not obliged to continuously monitor information submitted or stored or to search for evidence that indicates potentially illegal activities. Legal obligations to remove information or to block the use of information remain unaffected. In this case, liability is only possible at the time we become aware of a specific violation of applicable legislation. Illegal content will be removed immediately at the time we become aware of it.
